Open registration for the Spring Semester will be Jan 10-12, 8am-12pm. Enrollments by appointment will resume on Tuesday Jan. 17th. 2012
Please be aware that enrollments during open registration may result in your student starting school up to TWO (2) school days after they are registered to encompass the large number of anticipated Spring Enrollments. The processing lag is a result of the SCHS Counseling Dept inputting new enrollments and creating new student schedules in addition to schedule changes for the rest of our student body (approx. 2000).

Necessary Documents that help Expedite the amount of time required for completion of enrollment:
- Georgia Certificate of Immunization (form 3231)
- Georgia Eye, Ear, & Dental (form 3300)
- Proof of Birth
- 2 Proofs of Residency
- Social Security Card or Number (state assigned SSN for ESOL)
- Transcript/Withdrawal form from prior school attended
- Any Special Student Services documents if applicable (IEP, 504)
- Non Parental Affidavit if the head of household is not the parent or legal guardian
- Statement of legal residence if the head of household is living with another family without proof of residency
