JERICA KNIGHT

Jerica is an excellent student.  She is a leader in the classroom and provides great peer mediation.  She’s an extremely hard worker and is dedicated to South Cobb High School.  (Kamisha Polk)

 

TIMOTHY WILBURN

He is very mature.  Pays attention, thinks things through, respectful, helps others when needed and knows how to conduct himself as a high school student.  A gem.  (Sharon Veldsma)

 

 

KAYLIA BREWER

Kaylia is one of the hardest working students we have in our classes!  She is very prepared in class and always asks very good questions in class.  She is a willing participant in discussions and is always helpful to other students who may need help.  Kaylia is determined to succeed in class and we feel that she will continue to be a role model for students both now and in the future.  (Glenn Price and Tiffany Fannin)

 

MAHOGANY CHAMBERS

Mahogany “Mo” is a young lady that I am genuinely happy to have in my class.  She sets the tone of what a South Cobb student should be.  She is attentive, motivated, compassionate and meticulous.  Mo is also respectful and full of integrity.  Mahogany takes pride in her work and she is definitely not a “slacker”.  She is a student that I am proud to call my “daughter”.

CORTNEY BRENDEL

Courtney is diligent and dedicated.  She completes all work to the best of her ability EVERY DAY!  She is polite to peers and adults.  She works well in groups.  She uses all discretionary time wisely.  (Dottie Lamb/Kinya Jackson)

PERLA GONZALEZ

She is always helpful and ready for any challenge that you can give her.  She is a wonderful, open to learning student.  I believe she has a promising future ahead of her.  (Jennifer Pritt)

TRAVIS HYSMITH

Travis is engaged in class and has unique perspectives regarding the material being presented.  He participates in lively discussions and usually has some extra information about the material being covered.  Additionally, he completes his assignments in a timely manner, remaining on task throughout the class period.  He is a great example for others to follow.  (Sue De Rosa)

DEVON JOHNSON

Devon is a very sweet, respectful student.  He always stays on task and completes his work.  He is extremely bright and has lots of potential to be very successful in the future.  (Nicole Santelli)

SUDELLIE JOURDAIN

Sue is an exemplary hard worker, dedicated to her school work and her classmates.  She consistently takes the lead in class discussions and is always striving to do her best. (Shea Trenbeath)

TERRY LOWE

Terry Lowe is a terrific young man, and it is a pleasure to have him in our first block American Literature class.  We are truly proud of Terry’s attention to his assignments.  He always adds an interesting point of view to our class discussions.  Terry’s peers respect him and regard him as a leader.  We all enjoy Terry’s sense of humor.  Terry, we wish you much happiness and success in all you do!  (Gwen Sewell and John Bresnahan)

HERMITH MIRTYL

A+ Student –President of Future Farmers of America (F.F.A.) at South Cobb H.S.  She also helps translate my lectures for a non-English speaking student.  She helps this student with testing also.  (McCabe)

NIYAH ROBBINS

Niyah is a model student.  She works hard and is friendly and courteous to the teacher and other students.  Niyah is driven to succeed and she will.  Another great attribute of Ms. Robbins’ is her work ethic.  Niyah is by far the hardest working student  in my class and this drive and determination is infectious with the other students.  (Adam Cogbill)
